The SME Packages – Digital program offers customized assistance to businesses seeking to adopt digital tools that enhance their online customer interactions and streamline internal operations. By participating in this program, companies gain access to expert consultants who guide them in implementing digital solutions and formulating a comprehensive digital strategy. The program encompasses several key areas:

Digital Marketing: Businesses receive guidance on creating or improving their websites and developing social media campaigns.

Management Solutions: Whether it involves point-of-sale systems, industry-specific software, or ERP systems, the program aids companies in selecting and implementing suitable management tools.

Electronic Invoicing: Integrating an ERP system with an electronic invoicing module greatly enhances invoicing efficiency.

 

Eligibility Criteria for the SME Packages

Any business that:

• Possesses an establishment license issued by the Directorate-General for Small and Medium Enterprises (DGSME) under the Ministry of the Economy.
• Meets the qualifications for small and medium-sized enterprises regarding employee count, annual turnover, and financial balance.
• Is headquartered in Luxembourg.

Engagement in the SME Packages – Digital program requires the company to initiate a project with costs ranging from €6,650 to €25,000 (excluding VAT).

Process and Further Information

Support Amount

The Directorate-General for Small and Medium Enterprises within the Ministry of the Economy offers a flat-rate subsidy of €5,000 (excluding VAT) to support the implementation of digital solutions. This financial assistance is disbursed to the company upon project completion.

Steps for Pre-analysis of Your Current Situation

Schedule an appointment with the House of Entrepreneurship at the Chamber of Commerce or the eHandwierk department.

Defining Your Package and Selecting a Provider

Choose the package that aligns best with your requirements, along with the suitable provider. Together, you will formulate an offer with a total cost that ranges from €6,650 (excluding VAT) to €25,000 (excluding VAT).

Submission and Approval of Your Support Application

The House of Entrepreneurship and the eHandwierk sector teams will guide you in preparing your support application. This application will then be assessed and approved by the Directorate-General for Small and Medium Enterprises.

Implementation of Your Package

The selected provider will execute the digital solution in accordance with the specified terms of the chosen package.

Evaluation of Your Package

Upon completion of the provider's assistance, an evaluation will take place to assess your satisfaction and the savings achieved. At this stage, the project will be deemed complete.

Subsidy

Once you settle the final invoice with the provider, you will be eligible to receive a flat-rate subsidy of €5,000 from the Directorate-General for Small and Medium Enterprises within the Ministry of the Economy.
