The challenge was to develop a user-friendly platform for efficient chimney project management. From planning to the execution of construction and maintenance works, Emil Antony Plansoft Web- & Android-App provides a centralized solution that enables real-time information retrieval, secure data storage, and detailed report generation.
Our mobile applications, integrated into the Web- & Android-App, allow for the collection of relevant on-site data, uploading images, and documenting construction and maintenance progress. This optimizes and automates communication and information flow.

APPOINTMENT MANAGEMENT
Appointment management is the heart of the web application and provides a comprehensive overview of current appointments for all teams, with a separate view for chimney builders and chimney sweeps. Created appointments can be downloaded by the respective teams, and they are updated in real-time when data is submitted by the corresponding Android applications.
INVOICE MANAGEMENT
The invoice management module enables data exchange between the web application and an external accounting software. This functionality facilitates seamless transfer of invoicing data between the two systems, ensuring efficient and accurate accounting.
CONSTRUCTION DIGITIZATION
The construction application allows for the input of work stages. Additionally, it enables users to view images, plans, and completed work stages.
MAINTENANCE DIGITIZATION
After construction, a chimney flue needs regular maintenance; with the maintenance application, the user can quickly input the performed steps and necessary spare parts, and this data is immediately transmitted to the administration.
CHIMNEY INSPECTION
In addition to regular maintenance, the maintenance application also enables digitization of chimney inspection. This guide allows the user to conduct the inspection in 6 steps quickly and accurately.
