... was to create a custom ERP system with billing module, route planning, shift scheduling, intranet, and a mobile web application (PWA). The entire business process had to be digitized.

Users benefit from an intuitive and user-friendly interface that allows them to quickly and easily create and edit patients. With our efficient search function, users can quickly and easily find the patient data they are looking for. Additionally, our software offers a comprehensive range of information fields that enable extremely precise and individual patient definition.
Easily create invoices for products or services! Simply enter the invoice number, date, address, and amount, then you can modify the invoices as needed. Searching and filtering invoices are also very simple, and they can be easily exported or printed. Payments, amounts, and payment methods can be easily entered to ensure everything is paid on time.
APPOINTMENT MANAGEMENT AND SCHEDULING
The calendar displays appointments individually, based on the entered information. This allows each appointment to be clearly identifiable and easily understood. This flexible adaptation enables easy management and ensures a clear presentation of upcoming events. Additionally, appointments are updated in real-time, ensuring constant refreshment and reliability of calendar data.
In the dialogue, appointment data can be easily entered through a design specially developed for simple data entry. Moreover, targeted search fields allow quick assignment of patients, employees, or products.
Employee leave periods are clearly displayed in a calendar and can be easily recorded. It is possible to define new flexible leave days or export the data. The user interface is displayed customized based on the user's role, allowing administrators and employees to easily view leave schedules.
Registering new users in the system is simple and detailed. After registration, new users can easily log in. Access permissions are defined by user roles, which determine which screens the new user can access and in which language the system is presented to them. If an existing user forgets their password, it is possible to reset and redefine it easily via this screen.
The product management, simple and streamlined, allows for quick creation and modification of products without losing visibility.
Adding or modifying new vehicles is possible in just a few clicks on this interface. The added vehicles are displayed in real-time on other screens and can be selected there.
With our advanced search feature, you can quickly and easily find appointments, even using just a few keywords. The search is pattern-based, allowing you to search for partial information such as part of a license plate number. The results are presented in modern and clear blocks, allowing you to quickly find the desired appointment, even with multiple results.
Integrating the search function into different screens is easy, allowing for the implementation of an appropriate search field for each screen. This enables efficient searching for specific products, status updates, employees, and other information.
Users can easily record individual hours and even schedule multiple shifts. Once a booking is made for the day, an entry is automatically created for the next day. Additionally, it is possible to generate reports and set a status for time recording.
Shift planning allows for the easy creation of new shifts through drag-and-drop, maintaining a clear overview of the scheduled shifts for each day. Employees can be assigned to each shift, and it is possible to view both past shifts and create future shifts.
On-call services can also be scheduled on a calendar, with members assigned to these on-call services.
With the Shoutbox feature, it's easy to send notes or messages to predefined groups or individuals. The relevant users immediately receive a push notification to be informed of the new message. Shoutboxes can be customized based on their importance, and as a user, you have the ability to react and sort them based on certain conditions.
The ERP system's API interfaces can be secured and shared as needed, if the stored data is required by other applications. Our API can also be easily extended to other interfaces, providing additional dynamics. Additionally, our API is scalable, meaning it can be flexible and adapt to different needs while remaining reliable and efficient even with an increase in data volume.
